New years resolutions

1. Remain injury and illness free 
2. Regain fitness level I lost after falling ill last year 
3. Break the two 2 year old PB's (10 and 15km) 
4. Become more involved with coaching 10-21km runners 
5. Partake in more cross country events 
6. Retire from ultra's as I'm sick of either being ill or injured after completing or training for one.  The year already started off with a bang.

Abusive obstacles upon returning the ark of restoration carrying love unsettles the children at home. Not tithing prevents God from rebuking the devourer or snake trying to destroy your marriage & family!
