Workouts resumed ...

01/08/2025

5x 17 steps, 1 x 18 steps, 1x 16 steps  followed by drills double hop skips x4, calve skips x2, back run & butt kicks. Tried a 150m sprint on 2nd sprint but the ground had a few holes, so stuck to track ... Average = 17 steps

Slight improvement 1x 18 steps, 1 x 17 steps, 3x 16 steps, 1x 17 steps, 1x 16steps followed by drills double hop skips x2, calve skips x2, back run x1 & butt kicks x2! Average 116/7 = 16,57 steps ☝

Despite a crappy day, managed 1x 17 steps, 1 x 16 steps, 1x 17 steps, 4x 16 steps followed by drills back run x1, double hop skips x2, calve skips x2 & butt kicks x2! Average 114/7 = 16,28 steps 👏

Heavy legs so drills only ... back run x2, double hop skips x1, calve skips x2, side skips x2 & butt kicks x2!

Easy runs x7 as quads slightly sore!

3x 17 steps, 1 x 16 steps, 1x 17 steps (interference on grass track), 2x 16 steps followed by drills back run x1, double hop skips x2, calve skips x2 & butt kicks x2! Average 116/7 = 16,57 steps 😯

Only did drills because of sore calves i.e. drills back run x6, side skips x6 & butt kicks x2!

2x 17 steps, 1 x 16 steps, 1x 17 steps (interference on grass track), 3x 16 steps followed by drills back run x2, double hop skips x2, calve skips x2 & interferance from neighbours dogs onto court! Average 115/7 = 16,42 steps!

Surprised to be able to run 7x 16 steps followed by drills butt kicks x3, double hop skips x2, calve skips! Average 112/7 = 16,00 steps!

Sore calve so only drills by side steps x2, back runs x4, calve skips x1!

Surprised I was able to run 1x 17 steps + 4x 16 steps followed by drills butt kicks x2, double hop skips x2, calve skips x1 after a serious lower leg injury that didn't look promising! Complete rest seemed to help!

Cut drills short after only butt kicks x2, double hop skips x1 & calve skips x1 as lower leg started burning!
