Overuse injury ...

Had to cut my sprints short ... butt kicks x2, 2x 17 steps, 1x skips, 1x 16 steps,1x heel touches, 1x 16 steps ...

More drills ... butt kicks x4, 2x skips, 1x leg lifts, 1x heel touches, 2x skips, 2x back runs, 2x side steps

1x 18 steps, 2x 17steps, 4x 16 steps followed by a butt kick x2, skips 2x, touch foot skips x2 & back run x2 drill after each sprint. Average 118/7 = Average 16,85 steps

Start off with 2 drills, 7x 16 steps each followed by a butt kick x3, skip hop 3x, back run x3 drill after each sprint. The last 2 sprints could have being 15 steps but overuse injury was too risky 😞Average 112/7 = Average 16 steps

Could only do drills as my leg was paining while walking. Did 3x back runs, 3x calve skips, 3x skip hops, 3x back kicks was slightly uncomfortable, 2x skips
