Despite being the most hated, fowl mouth UFC & WWE fighter, I loved Ronda Rousey for her intensity. I witnessed her high's & lows in both UFC & WWE. Listening to her 26:57min in, that's exactly what I'm missing to make a comeback after 2 major setback's in round 6, oh my fractured mindset! Her approach & reaction was offence & pressure when you watch her fight. Her intensity to not give her opponents anytime to react, was the times she took them out, hence she was so quick to execute defeat, knowing she doesn't have the hardware to fight long because of recurring injuries that she had to numb it out i.e. her offence was her best defence! Another thing we have in common was that we were devastated when we lost! That made the comeback hard! 48:30min in, "what caused that double (Holly Holmes & Amanda Nunes?), back to back defeats to define you?" Everything she'd done before felt like a fluke, that she had to watch her old footage & saw how every moment was just brilliant that the interviewer commented about her ability to think 2-3 steps ahead while on her feet! Thirdly, I feel Ronda's sadness when she said "she gave everything she had & still it wasn't enough!" The interviewer said, no, unjustly treated for your efforts!!! "So why were you looking for validation outside?"

Ran my first mini trial run x4 after walking to a field. You must watch "Every Second Counts : Triathlon series l-4" if you need motivation following a negative prognosis!

Later did 7x 60 semi fast sprints going completely around the track. No pain or discomfort!
