Shew, I'm sore but satisfied. Had a nice but tough 42 at PPC Saturday. My knees and quads hurt so much I didn't do the 10km league the next day. Heard the forumites had good runs as well but I'm glad the weather was good! Only saw Paul, Hussy, NT, Slow, Pooper, Bennie and Maurice but apparently Female Runner & Missy was also there in the car. Thanks Hussy for the pics.
Vladimir Kotov finished his training run in 2:44:15 while clubmate John Van Der Byl collected his 3rd Veteran prize in 3rd photo. Pictures taken with phone so quality quite bad. Was suprised to bump into Anthony (from Weskus) working as an official for Boland Athletics.
